Menso Meka Ho Bi Cohort 4 Is Here: Empowering Families, Keeping Children in School

We are thrilled to launch Cohort 4 of Menso Meka Ho Bi, meaning “I’m also privileged,” our flagship family support initiative that keeps street-connected children in the classroom and their guardians standing on their own two feet.

This cohort will see us:

🔹 Train 10 guardians of street-connected children in sustainable livelihood and business skills, backing them with full start-up kits, including start-up capital, to launch small-scale businesses of their own.

🔹 Award 10 children fully funded, comprehensive scholarships to support a full year of education, alongside mentorship and guidance every step of the way.

At the heart of it all is a simple belief. When guardians have the means to earn a decent living, families stay together, and children stay off the streets and in the classroom, where they belong. Menso Meka Ho Bi has always been about more than handouts. It is about giving parents the tools to build something lasting so their children never have to choose between survival and school.

We are deeply grateful to our partners, Wilde Ganzen and Adamfo Ghana, who have fully funded this cohort and made this next chapter possible. Their continued trust and generosity are helping us write another story of resilience, dignity and hope for ten families in Ghana.

We cannot wait to walk this journey with these guardians and their children, and to share their progress with you in the months ahead.
