When you make an online donation, your payment transaction may therefore also be subject to Paystack’s applicable terms, policies, security procedures, and the rules of relevant banks and payment networks.

Starlight Foundation Ghana does not directly process or store complete payment-card details submitted through Paystack.

We are not responsible for temporary interruptions, processing delays, declines, or technical problems arising solely within third-party payment systems, banks, telecommunications networks, or other services outside our reasonable control.

5. Donation Errors and Refunds

Donations are generally voluntary and final once successfully processed.

However, if you believe that:

• A donation was made in error;

• You were charged more than once for the same intended donation;

• An incorrect amount was processed; or

• An unauthorized transaction occurred,

please contact us promptly at info@starlightfoundationgh.org with relevant transaction information.

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances of the transaction, applicable payment-provider procedures, and legal or regulatory requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
